Gold is the currency of DigitalTQ that we use to reward users who contribute to the site! By contributing you help grow the site and as a thank you, we are giving away lots of cool rewards in our Gold Shop!
The Gold Shop allows you to redeem your gold for rewards. Some of those rewards are real-life prizes, such as Vouchers, Physical Games, Steam Codes and more!
We also allow you to use your Gold to buy unique items to dress up your Avatar that is displayed around the site. If you want to look cool amongst other DTQers, then this is for you!
How To Earn Gold
We adjust Gold earning rates every so often, but the current methods for earning gold are:
- Make a comment or post on the Forums (+100 Gold)
- Make a new Thread on the Forums (+500 Gold)
- Earn a Vote on one of your posts (+10 Gold).
New methods for earning gold, like Giveaways, will be made available at a later date.
Can you cash out Gold for real money?
No. Gold is not a real currency and is only used for on DigitalTQ. Check out The Gold Shop to see what you can purchase.
