MapleStory have just announced the removal of Wild Totems from the GMS version of the game.
Wild Totems are one of the most used items in the game, especially in Reboot Worlds as they increase the spawn rate of monsters on the map, allowing you to gain more EXP, items and mesos. With the removal, players will now have to play with sub-optimal rates that will feel a lot slower and inferior.

Anyone here playing MS?
Haven't played MS in a while, but this change is going to be a kick in the teeth for newer players trying to catch up to end-game.
They just need to up the spawn rate across all maps.
