Great Goops Of Goo is a sidequest in Star Ocean: The Divine Force you can find at the Galca Shrine.
Speak to Discerning Woman at the Galca Shrine to start this quest.
She asks you to enter the Den'mohr Delve and defeat 12 Sprawling Sline.
The Den'mohr Delve is just down the path from the quest lady at the Galca Shrine. This place (when not on a quest) spawns monsters/bosses for you to fight that get difficult each time you defeat them.
When on a quest, the monsters are replaced with the quest target.
Once you have defeated all 12 Sprawling Slime, head back to Discerning Woman to claim your reward.
