Night Troupe Event is a popular event in MapleStory that has returned for the Ludibrium Midnight Carnival patch, allowing players to take advantage of increased EXP rates, bonus daily rewards and extra damage! This Event Guide will detail all the areas of the Night Troupe Event that you should take advantage of in the latest patch.
The Night Troupe Event is a returning event and whilst the mechanics stay mostly the same, the event's theme has changed to be that of Ludibrium! This guide will cover all the events released in Patch 254 Midnight Carnival.
If you've never participated in the Night Troupe Event before, you basically earn Troupe Coins to spend on special Skills that will give various benefits. It's a great event for grinding and those who like to do their daily quests (like Monster Park and Symbols).
Night Troupe Event Ludibrium
Event Date: Event Date: October 9th 2024~November 19th 2024 (42 days)
To begin the Night Troupe Event, start the quest [Night Troupe] Festival of Dreams, Illusions, and Toys quest.
After a cutscene, you'll be teleported to the main Night Troupe hub map called: Night Troupe Ludibrium Festival Venue!
To get started, speak to Spiegelette at the center of the map and complete the quest: [Night Troupe] Get the Night Troupe While It's Hot!
After another cutscene, speak to Spiegelmann. You can now participate in the Night Troupe event.
Troupe Coins
Each day you can obtain 300 Troupe Coins per world.
You can obtain Troupe Coins by collecting Troupe Points from the various events below. 100 Troupe Points = 1 Troupe Coin.
You can spend your Troupe Coins on special skills that give various increased rewards called Festival Designer Skills. See Party Planner area for a list of all skills.
During the course of this event, more events will activate over the following weeks.

Time Travel Tickets

Speak to Spiegelmann and accept the quest [Night Troupe] Get Your Time Travel Tickets Here!
You can choose between two ticket types: Eos or Helios. You can change your ticket type once per week.
Each ticket type will give various EXP bonuses when training depending on which one you have.
Eos:
- Defeat 500 monsters near your level to activate an EXP Buff (150 seconds), up to 5 times per day
- EXP increased by 350%~500% depending on Designer Rank (see below)
- Earn 12 Troupe Points per enemy
Helios:
- Defeat 500 monsters near your level to activate an EXP Buff (150 seconds), up to 25 times per day
- EXP increased by 200%~350% depending on Designer Rank (see below)
- Earn 12 Troupe Points per enemy
Party Planner

Speak to Spiegelmann and select the quest [Night Troupe] Party Planner.
Here you can purchase Festival Designer Skills with your Troupe Coins.
To increase your Designer Rank, you must obtain culmative amounts of Troupe Coins (see Designer Rank below).

Festival Designer Rank

Once you've accepted the [Night Troupe] Get the Night Troupe While It's Hot! you'll be given the Junior Designer Rank
You can then upgrade your Designer Rank by acquring Troupe Coins (you don't have to spend them to upgrade your rank).

Ludibrium Fireworks Display (Buff)

Obtain the Ludibrium Fireworks Festival Atmospheric Effect by staying in the Event Map at the 30 minute mark past every hour.
Buff Stats: Grants All Stats +15, Attack Power & Magic ATT +15, Max HP & Max MP +1500, Boss Damage +15%, Enemy DEF Ignore +15%, Arcane Power +30, Normal Enemy Damage +15%, 60-minute duration
Clickity-Clack Toy Factory
Event Date: Event Date: October 9th 2024~November 19th 2024 (42 days)
Accept the quest [Night Troupe] Welcome to the Clickity-Clack Toy Factory to enter the event.
You can then enter the Clickity-Clack Toy Factory from the bottom portal of the Event Map.
Here you will gain Troupe Points by just being AFK!
You won't get gain any points if you've reached the daily limit.
Plucky Doll Claw Machine
Event Date: Event Date: October 9th 2024~November 19th 2024 (42 days)
You will need to be Senior Rank (obtain 1,500 coins) in order for you to compete in this event. Accept the quest [Night Troupe] Plucky Doll Claw Machine Guide to start the quest.
You can use the Plucky Doll Claw Machine once per day. If you successfully pull-up a doll, you can then try again up to 3 times per day.
You'll get 100x EXP Vouchers each time you win, for a total of 300x EXP Vouchers. If you fail to pull up a doll, you'll gain 50x EXP Vouchers on the first or second try, and 100x on the third try.
You can only win a maximum of 300x EXP Vouchers per day.
You can also find the following items:

Knocking Down Blockulatus
Event Date: Event Date: October 9th 2024~November 19th 2024 (42 days)
You will need to be Senior Rank (obtain 1,500 coins) in order for you to compete in this event. Accept the quest [Night Troupe] Knocking Down Blackulatus Guide to start the quest.
Once you accept the quest, you then need to click on the Crack in Time NPC in the Festival Map.
You can fight Blockulatus once per week. Depending on the amount of damage you deal (and stages cleared), you'll gain Troupe Coins and EXP:

If you manage to defeat Blockulatus, you can buy Blockulatus Mount Coupon from Mr. Bouffon for 200 Million Mesos.
Starry with a Chance of Toys
Event Date: Event Date: October 23rd 2024~November 19th 2024 (27 days)
You will need to be Veteran Rank (obtain 3,000 coins) in order for you to compete in this event.
Select the quest [Night Troupe] Starry with a Chance of Toys Guide to start the event.
This event allows you to purchase atmosphere EXP Buffs for 200,000,000 mesos and 300 Troupe Coins for 3,000 Maple Points.
Select either:
- Little Monster Block Show! (Gives +50% EXP Atmosphere buff for 30 minutes to everyone in Festival Map)
- Premium Block Show! (Spend 3,000 Maple Points for 300 Troupe Coins)
Rink Rage Bumper Rumble
Event Date: Event Date: October 23rd 2024~November 19th 2024 (27 days)
You will need to be Veteran Rank (obtain 3,000 coins) in order for you to compete in this event.
Select the quest [Night Troupe] Ring Rage Bumper Rumble Guide to start the event.
Rink Rage Bumper Rumble is a mini-game you can play up to 3 times per day.
Lucky Candy Dispenser
Event Date: Event Date: October 30th 2024~November 19th 2024 (20 days)
You will need to be Master Rank (obtain 4,500 coins) in order for you to compete in this event.
Talk to Nemi and you can use the Gumball Machine up to 3 times per day. Each use will give you one of the following items:
- 100% 20-Star Enhancement Scroll: Tradable within world, 7-day duration. Can only be used by characters Lv. 200 and above.
- Karma Legendary Potential Scroll 100% : Tradable within world, 7-day duration.
- Glowing Cube Coupon (x10): Tradable within world, 7-day duration. Use to receive:
- Glowing Cube: Untradable, 7-day duration.
- Karma Black Rebirth Candy (x30): Tradable within world, Permanent.
- Karma Solid Cube (x30): Tradable within world, 7-day duration.
