Princess No is a weekly boss in MapleStory that has a pre-quest that needs to be completed in order to unlock her. Princess No drops some rare items such as the Kanna Treasure Ring and also the best-in-slot Secondary Weapons.
This pre-quest will take around 30 minutes to complete. It is available at Level 140.
In order to get your Secondary Weapon from Princess No, you will need to defeat her around 3-4 times depending on drop gear. The Level 150 Secondary is currently the best-in-slot for most MapleStory Classes.
Defeating Princess No also drops the Boss Crystal worth 16,200,000 Mesos on Regular Servers and 81,000,000 Mesos on Reboot servers.
Princess No Prequests
Level Requirement: Level 140
Time Required: 30 minutes
Accept the quest (Lv. 140) [Princess No] Regards, Takeda Shingen from your Quest Notifier.
You'll be teleported to Zipangu Momijigaoka. Head to the left map Momiji Hills: Near Momiji Hills 1 and speak to Takeda Shingen to complete the quest.
Speak to Takeda Shingen and accept the quest [Princess No] Takeda Shingen's Request.
Collect 30x 100 Spells for the Serious Soldier from Seasoned Oda Warrior in the same map.
Speak to Takeda Shingen to complete the quest.
Speak to Takeda Shingen and accept the quest [Princess No] Takeda Shingen's Request 2.
Head to Hidden Field of Momiji Hills 1 and hunt the Contaminated Goblin 2 and collect 3x Contaminated Goblin Destritus.
Head to Hidden Field of Momiji Hills 3 and drop the Contaminated Goblin Destritus items onto the plant in the middle of map until it grows to Stage 3.
Once at Stage 3, click on the plant and you obtain a Bitter Resurrection Herb.
Head back to Takeda Shingen and talk to him to complete the quest.
Speak to Takeda Shingen and accept the quest [Princess No] Takeda Shingen's Request 3.
Head to Momijigaoka (the map to the right) and speak to Mouri Motonari to complete the quest.
Now head to the portal on the left of Momijigaoka and you'll begin a new cutscene with Ayame.
Speak to Ayame and accept the quest [Princess No] A New Warrior Appears.
After the cutscene, speak to Princess Sakuno in the same map and accept the quest [Princess No] Tears of Princess Sakuno.
After the cutscene, speak to Ayame and accept the quest [Princess No] What Happened to Ayame.
After the cutscene, speak to Ayame and accept the quest [Princess No] Stranger and Stranger.
She will give you the Special Metamorph Potion. Use this to return to the quest line if you ever need to logout mid-way through.
Speak to Ayame and accept the quest [Princess No] Investigating Hieizan.
Use the Special Metamorph Potion and you'll transform in Ayame and teleport to Hieizan Entrance.
Ayame has brand new skills. Assign them to your Hotkeys.
Head up to the stone steps and enter the portal to East Tower Bell. Speak to Mysterious Boy and accept the quest [Princess No] Sad Little Boy.
Click the nearby bush and obtain the item Lost Sack. Speak to the Mysterious Boy to complete the quest.
Speak to Mysterious Boy and accept the quest [Princess No] The Lost Alliance.
Head to the portal in the middle of the map to reach East Tower Bell Path.
Defeat Oda Spirit Walker until they drop Princess No's Orders.
Speak to Mysterious Boy to complete the quest.
Speak to Mysterious Boy and accept the quest [Princess No] The Lost Alliance 2.
Head back to East Tower Bell Path and defeat 150x Oda Spirit Walker and collect 50x Red Jar.
Speak to Mysterious Boy to complete the quest.
Speak to Mysterious Boy and accept the quest [Princess No] Fill the Red Jar.
Head to your right and to the map East Tower Area 1.
Defeat 200x Brainwashed Spearman.
Speak to Mysterious Boy to complete the quest.
Speak to Mysterious Boy and accept the quest [Princess No] Fill the Blue Jar.
Head to your right and to the map East Tower Area 2.
Defeat 200x Brainwashed Swordsman.
Speak to Mysterious Boy to complete the quest.
Speak to Mysterious Boy and accept the quest [Princess No] Fill the Yellow Jar.
Head to your right and to the map East Tower Area 3.
Defeat 200x Brainwashed Calvary.
Speak to Mysterious Boy to complete the quest.
Speak to Mysterious Boy and accept the quest [Princess No] Jars at Rest.
Head to your right and go to map East Tower and speak to Mysterious Boy to complete the quest.
Speak to Mysterious Boy and accept the quest [Princess No] Jars at Rest 2.
Click on the Stone Table to complete the quest.
You'll be teleported to East Tower Shrine Entrance. Accept the lightbulb quest above your head.
Head inside the temple. Defeat Miroku.
Complete the quest by clicking on the lightbulb above your head.
Exit the temple and take the portal on the right.
After a short cutscene, head right again.
Defeat Mikagami and head inside the temple.
Defeat Oura Shogun. Head up the wooden stairs to the next room.
Defeat Renka and head right again. You will come to Small Shrine: Small Shrine Interior.
Speak to Princess No and accept the quest [Princess No] The Demon King Returns.
You'll be teleported outside the West Tower Shrine Entrance. Accept the quest from the lightbulb above your head.
Head right and into the Small Shrine.
Defeat Princess No. Click the table to collect Matsuyama Family Mirror.
You'll be teleported back to Momiji Hills: Master Room. Speak to Ayame to complete the quest.
Speak to Princess Sakuno (in the same map) and accept the quest [Princess No] Wills of the Five Planets.
You can now challenge Princess No to a boss fight! Congratulations!
