New Pokemon Snap - Lentalk Requests

July 6, 2021

LenTalk Requests are special tasks that you can complete in New Pokemon Snap for extra rewards. They also give you hints about different actions and poses you can find in the New Pokemon Snap courses, so there well worth checking out for ideas on what to discover. This guide will list all the available LenTalk Requests and how to complete them.

LenTalk Requests are unlocked after you have snapped your first photo of Illumina Meganium in Florio.

Once unlocked, you'll get various requests as you level-up the different courses in New Pokemon Snap. There are currently 213 LenTalk Requests to complete.

Completing a lot of these LenTalk Requests will also help you get all the 4 star ranks for the Photodex.

TOP TIP: So there are a lot of LenTalk Requests for each area; instead of doing them one by one, it's a good idea to try and get 3 done at once to help speed up the process.

  • As the Natu goes pass Eldegoss, it will spray seeds at it; snap away.

Just Perching Here I threw a fluffruit earlier, and a Natu came down and perched on it! It was so adorable!
  • In Ruins Of Remembrance (level 1), throw a Fluffruit at the lower part of the temple and a Natu will pop out.
  • Natu will then jump on top of the Fluffruit you threw; snap away.

A White Pokemon Rita told me she saw a white, four-legged Pokemon around here. Let's get a photo of it eating fluffruit and check with her!
  • In Ruins Of Remembrance, there is a Houndoom on your left right at the beginning of the course.
  • Feed it a Fluffruit.
  • Look up to see an Absol; play music and it will jump down to you.
  • Then feed it a Fluffruit and snap it eating it.

Salandit's Battle Plan This is the aftermath of a battle! It was so exciting, I forgot to take pictures, but if you ever see the rematch, you're in for a treat!
  • In Ruins Of Remembrance, you'll come to an area with several statues of different colors.
  • As you head pass the purple statue, throw a Fluffruit on the ground next to the black markings.
  • This will causes a Salandit to come out.
  • Zoom a head a little and keep your camera focused on the Salandit. A Noibat will fly over to it and attack the Salandit; you need to get both of them in the shot.

Fading into the Shadows I have a hunch that a Pokemon is hiding in this area, but ... maybe it's just my imagination?
  • In Ruins Of Remembrance, as you pass the first area you'll go down into a tunnel. A Noibat will fly in front of you and settle on your left. Play music or scan it to make it mad and move away.
  • Throw Fluffruit into the tunnel where the Noibat landed.
  • An Umbreon will run out; snap away.

Myth Of The Ruins Have a look at this crystal here. If I ever get a chance to meet the Pokemon sleeping inside, I'd love to see it grant a wish. See How To Find Jirachi Guide.
The Power Of Xerneas The Illumina energy in this area seems particularly strong. We may be able to observe Xerneas behaving in new ways here. See How To Find Xerneas Guide.
