This card was released as part of a promotion between the The Pokémon Company International and the Van Gogh Museum.
The card was given to those who purchased products from the PokemonCenter.com website and also to those who attended the Van Gogh Museum x Pokemon exhibition.
Due to overwhelming demand, the card and Van Gogh products were all out of stock within minutes of going live. The Van Gogh Museum also had to issue a notice they were no longer giving out the card due to safety concerns.
