You can find a boy called Cat-Loving Boy who has lost his cat.
Leefa has gone missing outside the Imperial Capital and it's up to you to find him and bring him back.
You can find Leefa in the Vey'l Region just outside the Imperial Capital. He is sitting on a rock.
Once you have acquire the cat, return back to Cat-Loving Boy for your reward.
