The Undelivered is a sidequest in Star Ocean: The Divine Force that you can pick up aboard The Aldous.
If you head to the Bridge Level on board The Aldous, you can find Considerate Crewmate.
They have obtained an undelivered package addressed to the planet of Vye. They recommend delivering it to Lola so she can pass it on.
Depending where you are in the story, Lola will be hanging out in either Castle Aucerius or at the top of the Scorpium Spiral.
When you attempt to give the letter to Lola, however, she says she cannot take it and recommends giving it back to the Crewmate.
Head back to The Aldous and talk to Considerate Crewmate for your reward.
