You can pick up the quest A Beespoke Outfit in Ledges Bay during Chapter Four.
Speak to Dressmaker Moniqua at the pier in Ledges Bay to start the quest.
She will ask you to get Ladeeb Wing which drop from Ladeeb mobs.
You can find them in Pritta Ridge.
Head back to Dressmaker Moniqua to get your reward:
