Speak to Traveler Fiona in Longren, Vale of the Wind.
She will show you a painting and ask you to go find where it's location is.
You can find the location in Aery Passage. It is in the south-most region.
When you find the right location, a prompt will appear that says "Admire The View".
Doing so will complete the quest and give you the reward:
