You can pick up the quest Behind The Scenery 2 in Rhata Harbor during Chapter One
Speak to Traveler Fiona and she wants you to find the spot where the following picture is.
You can find the location at the Fallow Steppe.
When you find the right position, a prompt will appear saying "Admire The View".
Once you find it, you'll be given your reward:
