You can pick up the quest Desert Defenses in Zawhak Desert during Chapter Five.
Speak to Desert Warden Keet to start the quest. He is standing on the cliff edge to the east of Zawhak Desert.
He wants you to slay 8 Sand Stinger monsters, which can be found throughout Zawhak Desert.
Return to Desert Warden Keet to complete the quest:
