You can pick up the quest Dyeing Wishes in Log'grattzo Dark Archives during Chapter Seven.
Speak to Syth the Faithful outside the Archives house to start the quest.
He would like you to get two items: 10x Imp Eyeballs and 3x Spiral Chess Knight Horns.
The Imp Eyeballs can be gotten from Khaswia Moors by defeating Imps.
The Spiral Chess Knight Horns can be gotten from the Sanctuary Of Mana by defeating Chess Knight mobs.
