Featherly Duties is a side quest in Visions of Mana, below you can use the guide to find out how to complete it.

You can pick up the quest Featherly Duties in Tsaata during Chapter Eight.
The quest is automatically assigned to you via a Cutscene when you walk through the center of Tsaata. You'll meet Supply Seller Morae who asks you to find a pair of feathers.
You can find these feathers in the Gamurda Mines from the mob Pricklebeak.
Return to Supply Seller Morae to hand over the feathers.
Next you'll be tasked with finding out about the feather talisman.
You need to speak to Master Figo in Tianeea. He tells you to go speak to Khoda at the Sanctuary Entrance.
Khoda will then complete the quest and give you the reward:
- Traveler's Talisman (seed)
