Windmill Maker Oroshi wants you to deliver Windmill Components to two capable windmill makers.
You can find both of them in Aery Passage.
The first can be found to the north-west of Aery Passage.
The second can be found in the same area where Shiriu was found.
Return back to Windmill Maker Oroshi for your reward:
