You can pick up the quest Hillside Hoodlums in Ledges Bay during Chapter Two.
Speak to Trader Graddey near the fountain and he will ask you to take care of a bunch of Quilted Hood mobs.
You can find them in the map Pritta Ridge.
The fight will be two waves of Quilted Hood mobs; have your Class Strike fully charged to wipe them out in one go.
Head back to Trader Graddey for your reward:
