You can pick up the quest Hobgoblin Holdup in Tianeea during Chapter Eight.
Speak to Traveling Merchant Cymon to start the quest. She wants you to go stop a patrol of Hobgoblin mobs.
You can find them in Charred Passage as a unique spawn point. There are two rounds of mobs between levels 28-35.
Return to Traveling Merchant Cymon to get your reward:
- Lucre x11,660
- Summon Goblin (seed)
