You can pick up the quest Lost and Found in Rhata Harbor during Chapter One
Speak to Nikoko the Town Beauty to start the quest.
She has lost her Hairpin and would like you to find it for her.
You can find the hairpin at Fallow Steppe on top of the mountain where the tall tower is. It appears as a glowing red orb.
Return to Nikoko the Town Beauty to get your reward:
- Luck Sigil (seed)
