You can pick up the quest Memory of a Fish in Tsaata during Chapter Four.
Speak to Poised Liegard in Tsaata (near Dudbear) to start the quest.
He will tell you to bring back Iffish fillets, which drop from the mob Iffish.
You can find Iffish on the beach of Khaswia Moors.
Return back to Poised Liegard to complete the quest:
