You can pick up the quest Mushroom Mania in Ledges Bay during Chapter Two.
Speak to Gastronomist Nostimo in Ledges Bay and he will ask you to find him a strange variety of Mushroom.
You can find the Mushroom in Pritta Ridge on the beach in the trees. It appears as a glowing red orb.
