Once you complete Visions Of Mana in Chapter 9, there are several post-game challenges you can complete including several tough end-game bosses.
This post-game guide will show you all the available challenges still remaining. You can also attempt to complete the game on Hard Mode and Expert Mode.
Secret Chapter
Chapter 9 is the final chapter in the main story quest for Visions Of Mana, however, there is also a secret Chapter 10 available to players who complete the game.
Chapter 10 can be activated by playing Chapter 9 after defeating Daelophos. The save game must have the crown icon on it, and you'll be prompted to go see Iain in Illystana.
Chapter 10 will allow you to obtain all the Ultimate Weapons and several end-game bosses.
Completing Chapter 9 will also unlock the Expert Mode difficulty.
New Game Plus
New Game Plus unlocks from Chapter 9 after you complete the original main story quest.
New Game Plus will carry over all your items, Lucre, Elemental Classes/Points, Levels, Weapons and bonuses, starting the game's story from the beginning.
New Game Plus will allow you to find all Treasure Chests, Elementites, Side Quests and bossess all over again, but starting as an over-powered hero! It will allow you to fully unlock all classes in the game.
End-Game Bosses
Black Rabite
Black Rabite can be found in the Distorted Sanctuary in Mt. Gala area.
Defeating the Black Rabite unlocks the Achievement Rabite Season and also gives you the Mana Guidance ability seed.
Hard-Mode Aeve Zalaha
Aeve Zalaha is the end-game boss of Chapter 10.
Defeating him on Hard Mode will unlock the achievement The Spawn of Calamity.
Collectibles
There are also several collectibles you can complete post-game.
Lil Cactus
Find all the Lil Cactus locations and you can get some of the best rewards in the game, including a 2x Bonus that carries over to New Game Plus.
Greater Elemental Aeries
When you complete all the Lesser Elemental Aeries on a map, it will unlock the Greater Elemental Aeries challenge. Defeating it will reward you with powerful Oath seeds.
Side Quests
There are hundreds of Side Quests to complete in Visions Of Mana to complete. Once you complete the game, all of them will be unlocked and available for you to complete.
They will give you rewards such as Ability seeds, Lucre, Stat-Boosting items and weapons.
