You can pick up the quest Ramcoh's Roost in Longren during Chapter Eight.
Speak to Careena in Longren to start the quest and it will trigger a cutscene.
You will need to get Ramcoh's favorite food called Sheeproccoli from Mt. Gala.

Return to Careena in Longren.
It turns out Ramcog wants to eat its food in its favorite spot: Wind Sactum.
Head to the Wind Sactum to complete the quest and you'll get your reward:
