You can pick up the quest Thanks A Mill in Longren during Chapter Eight.
Speak to Windmill Maker Oroshi to start the quest.
He tells you of a group of monsters that have gathered at Mt. Gala and wants you to slay them.
You can find them towards the end of Mt. Gala. There levels are from Level 31.
Return to Windmill Maker Oroshi to get your reward:
