You can pick up the quest The Specter of Friendship in Tianeea during Chapter Eight.
Speak to Timid Zoen to start the quest. He will ask you find his friend.
You can find them at the Passagean Tomespire on the first level near Log'grattzo Dark Archives.
Once you defeat the round of mobs, make sure you pick up the Creepy Doll item after the fight.
Return back to Timied Zoen to get your reward:
- Vitality Elixir x3
