You can pick up the quest Too Far Down a Rabite Hole in Tianeea during Chapter Eight.
Speak to Steadfast Amarr in Tianeea after completing the quest Never Judge a Goblin by Its Cover.
Now head to Charred Passage and you'll find Amarr trying to make friends with Rabite mobs. Defeat them all.
Return to Steadfast Amarr in Tianeea to get your reward:
