Traces Of The Ancients is a side quest in Visions of Mana, below you can use the guide to find out how to complete it.

You can pick up the quest Traces Of The Ancients in Illystama during Chapter Four.
Speak to Historian Fuyeu near the fountain in Illystana to start the quest.
He will ask you to visit all of the Ancient Ruins in Visions Of Mana. There are 8 in total.
Note: You do not have to defeat the mobs, just approach the areas where the Ancient Ruins are and trigger the cutscene.
Below are all the Ancient Ruin Locations:
- Charred Passage
- Aery Passage
- Lefeya Drifts
- Fallow Steppe
- Pritta Ridge
- Ahrvet's Pasture
- Khaswia Moors
- Zawhak Desert
Once you have found all the locations, head back to Historian Fuyeu and claim your reward:
- Lucre x2,200
- Parpoto Oil x3
- Lucent Beam (seed)
Completing this quest will also trigger the following quest automatically: Nemesis Takedown
