You can pick up the quest Who Let The Cerberuses Out? in Tianeea during Chapter Eight.
Speak to Shepherd Bastor to start the quest in Tianeea. He will ask you to slay several Cerberus monsters in Dorpher Volcano.
Dorpher Volcano can be accessed during Chapter Seven. You'll find plenty of Cerberus monsters there.
Return back to Shepherd Bastor for your reward:
