Words on the Wind is a side quest in Visions Of Mana that you can complete in the beginning chapter.
Requirements: Complete the quest Where Are You, Shiriu?

You can pickup this quest in Longren, the Vale Of the Wind.
Speak to Panicking Keshi and he will tell you about a love letter he has lost.
He wants you to go and get it; you can find it in the Aery Passage.
The item will appear as a red orb; just walk up to it and interact with it.
Return back to Keshi for your reward:
